🔍 General Requirements & Desired Attributes
While specific qualifications will be evaluated based on the role, the following attributes are essential for all successful candidates:
For Technical & Skilled Trade Positions (1–12):
Proven Experience: Demonstrated work history in large-scale industrial, petrochemical, oil & gas, or power plant projects.
Technical Proficiency: Must possess the requisite certifications, licenses, and on-the-job expertise relevant to the position (e.g., 3G/4G welding certification, electrical safety training, experience with specific installation techniques).
Safety First Mentality: An absolute commitment to adhering to all site-specific and international safety standards and procedures.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a large, diverse team to meet tight deadlines and quality benchmarks.
For Professional & Administrative Positions (13–17):
Relevant Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certification in the respective field (Engineering, HR, Accounting, IT).
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the E&I or heavy industrial sector is highly preferred.
System Knowledge: Proficiency with relevant software, ERP systems, and standard office applications.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and clear communication skills.
For All Candidates:
