Position Title	Key Responsibilities & Experience Snapshot
OIM (Offshore Installation Manager)	Overall responsibility for the safety, environment, and operational performance of the offshore installation. Requires extensive managerial and offshore experience.
Senior Control Room Operator	Monitoring and controlling production processes from the central control room, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Requires advanced knowledge of process systems.
Production Supervisor	Overseeing day-to-day production activities on the deck, managing the production team, and ensuring targets are met safely.
Crane Operator	Operating pedestal or hydraulic cranes to lift and transfer materials and equipment safely between vessels and the installation. Requires valid certification.
Painter	Surface preparation and application of protective coatings and paint to maintain the integrity and appearance of the offshore structure.
Rigger	Planning and executing lifting and rigging operations, ensuring the safety and stability of the load. Requires certified rigging skills.
Roustabout	General labor and support tasks on the deck, including cleaning, painting, assisting technicians, and supporting lifting operations. Entry-level offshore role.
Chief Engineer	Managing the maintenance and operation of all mechanical, electrical, and utility systems, including power generation and propulsion (if applicable).
Instrument Technician	Installing, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting process control instrumentation and systems.
Mechanical Technician	Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and utility systems.
Electrical Technician	Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical equipment, including power generation, distribution, and motor control systems.
Safety Officer	Implementing and monitoring safety procedures, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations.
Offshore Maintenance Manager	Planning, scheduling, and executing all maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, and instrument) to maximize uptime and efficiency.
Barge Engineer	Responsible for the stability, marine systems, and ballasting operations of the offshore barge or vessel. Requires marine and stability expertise.
Production Operator	Performing routine operational duties, monitoring equipment, and assisting with process adjustments to ensure optimal production flow.
