The Power of the 90/30 Rotation
The 90/30 work rotation is a standard and highly attractive model in the international oil and gas industry.
90 Days On: You will work intensively for three months at the designated location in Libya. This period is demanding, but structured to maximize productivity and efficiency. You will typically work 12-hour shifts, seven days a week.
30 Days Off: Following your 90-day tour, you are entitled to one full month of paid leave. This extended break allows for significant personal time, travel, and recovery, leading to a much better work-life balance than traditional onshore jobs.
Financial Advantage: Working abroad in this rotation often comes with a tax-free or reduced-tax status on your salary, further increasing your net income. The remote nature of the work means minimal personal expenses during your 90-day tour, allowing for substantial savings.
