1. 🐅 Tiger Team Construction Engineer - EIT (Electrical & Instrumentation)
This is a critical, fast-paced role requiring a highly agile and problem-solving engineer. The Tiger Team Engineer is deployed to address immediate, high-priority technical issues and bottlenecks that threaten the project schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the immediate technical point of contact for complex E&IT field issues.
Rapidly troubleshoot and develop engineering solutions to resolve construction conflicts, design clashes, or unexpected site conditions.
Coordinate between Design Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning teams to ensure smooth progress.
Develop and implement temporary or permanent fixes to keep critical path activities on track.
Conduct urgent field verification of P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and loop drawings.
Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in a similar field-support or 'troubleshooting' role, deep understanding of Electrical Systems (high, medium, and low voltage) and Instrumentation/Control Systems. Must thrive under pressure.
2. 📅 Planning Lead
The Planning Lead is responsible for the overall project schedule integrity, forecasting, and progress reporting, ensuring all construction activities are accurately modeled and tracked against the baseline.

Develop and manage Installation Work Packages (IWPs) for piping and mechanical installations based on engineering drawings and construction sequencing.
