1. Analyzer Instrument Technician

The Analyzer Instrument Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, calibrating and repairing process analyzer systems used for continuous monitoring of critical production parameters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on online process analyzers.
  • Inspect analyzer shelters, sample conditioning systems and associated instrumentation.
  • Troubleshoot analyzer faults and signal transmission problems.
  • Calibrate and verify measurement accuracy.
  • Maintain analyzer sample lines, filters, regulators and conditioning equipment.
