1. Engineering Manager
Position Summary
The Engineering Manager holds ultimate accountability for the technical execution, engineering integrity, and multi-disciplinary coordination across the entire offshore project lifecycle. This role leads a team of discipline leads (structural, piping, subsea, electrical, instrumentation, naval architecture) to ensure all technical deliverables meet international offshore standards, safety regulations, and project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, direct, and oversee all engineering activities from FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) through Detailed Engineering, Fabrication, Commissioning, and Offshore Installation.
Serve as the primary technical authority representing the contractor/operator, managing client relationships and technical query (TQ) resolutions.
Establish and enforce engineering management plans, quality control protocols, and health, safety, environment, and security (HSES) standards.
Direct multidisciplinary design reviews, including HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study), HAZID (Hazard Identification), SIL (Safety Integrity Level), and 3D Model Reviews.
Monitor engineering budgets, manpower allocation, design progress, and deliverable schedules using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
Manage interface issues between topsides, hull, subsea structures, pipelines, and umbilical systems.
Ensure full compliance with class society rules (e.g., ABS, DNV, Lloyd's Register) and regulatory mandates.
Qualifications & Technical Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Structural, Offshore, or Petroleum).
Minimum 15+ years of offshore Oil & Gas experience, with at least 5–8 years in a senior leadership role on major offshore EPCI projects (FPSO, Fixed Platforms, or Subsea SURF).
Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams across international locations.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) status is highly desirable.
2. Procurement Buyer
Position Summary
The Procurement Buyer is responsible for managing strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and purchasing activities for high-value offshore equipment, raw materials, and specialized services. This role ensures timely, cost-effective procurement while adhering to strict project specifications and international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement cycles for major offshore equipment (e.g., valves, pumps, structural steel, line pipe, electrical packages, and subsea hardware).
Prepare, issue, and manage RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and bid packages to qualified vendors on approved vendor lists (AVL).
Conduct rigorous commercial bid evaluations (CBE), leading price negotiations, terms and conditions (T&Cs) alignment, and contract awards.
Coordinate with engineering and package managers to ensure technical bid evaluations (TBE) are aligned with vendor commercial proposals.

3. Cost Controller
Position Summary
The Cost Controller is responsible for financial governance, budget tracking, forecasting, and cost risk analysis throughout the lifecycle of the offshore project. This position ensures complete transparency regarding project expenditures, variations, and projected final margins.
Key Responsibilities
Establish, maintain, and update the project Cost Control System, integrating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly commitments, actual expenditures, and accrued costs against approved baseline budgets.
Prepare comprehensive monthly Cost Performance Reports (CPR), variance analyses, cash flow forecasts, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) projections.

Develop, implement, and manage the Project Interface Management Plan and online Interface Register.
