Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete mechanical operations & maintenance of gas and steam turbine systems.
- Lead shutdown, turnaround, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage mechanical teams including supervisors, foremen, welders, and fitters.
- Ensure performance optimization of GE9001E, F5 & F6 turbines.
- Coordinate with electrical and I&C departments for integrated plant reliability.
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies using vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
- Prepare maintenance budgets and spare parts forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with international power plant safety and environmental standards.
Required Skills:
