1️⃣ Mechanical Lead Engineer

Role Overview
The Mechanical Lead Engineer will oversee all mechanical commissioning activities including rotating and static equipment installation verification, pre-commissioning checks, performance testing, and final handover to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical commissioning team during project execution phase.
- Review mechanical drawings, P&IDs, datasheets, and vendor documentation.
- Supervise installation checks of pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and piping systems.
- Coordinate flushing, hydrotesting, leak testing, alignment checks, and vibration analysis.
- Develop method statements and commissioning procedures.
- Monitor punch list clearance and mechanical completion certifications.
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as API, ASME, and ISO.
- Interface with client representatives and EPC contractors.
- Manage system handover documentation and final acceptance tests.
Required Qualifications
